Efficient Ops is a business built within a business. Our founders Mina and Neil spent 6 years working together at the management consultancy Efficient Frontiers International (EFI). During this time they took the business from a start-up to a global business. At the outset Mina single-handedly conceived policies and procedures covering the spectrum of business operations. Through growth, EFI welcomed an amazing team of Facilities, Finance, HR, and Payroll specialists.
Our business was established when Neil connected the value that Mina and the team bring to EFI with the unrealized need for business operations expertise within fledgling businesses. We exist to provide professional consulting services and business operations to clients in the UK.
