Organisational Design 

Mina and the team have been supporting EFI for almost all the way from inception to over 250 staff. Managing all aspects of finance, HR, IT and logistics from simple payroll processing through to helping us achieve certifications such as the FSQS (Financial Services Qualification Scheme) and Cyber Essentials, managing complex HR situations and guiding us through formal audits. I've never come across a challenge that the team can't handle efficiently and effectively, however big or small.
